Inherited habits, unexamined rituals, default behaviours that were never designed for the team you have now.
I work with senior leadership teams to diagnose which customs are driving performance and which are destroying it. Then I design new ones

Executive Coaching
For senior leaders in high-stakes, client-facing environments. CEOs, MDs, senior partners, heads of function. I specialise in leadership transitions, building credibility at board level, high-pressure decision-making, and the gap between what you know and what the room actually experiences.
How it works: An initial diagnostic conversation. Then fortnightly sessions over 3-6 months. Between sessions, you practice. I challenge. We redesign how you show up in the moments that matter.

Team Performance Programmes
For leadership teams running on customs nobody designed. I work with the whole team to examine the habits, rituals, and unwritten rules driving your culture, and I redesign the ones that aren't working.
This might look like:
a diagnostic phase with individual conversations and observation, a facilitated offsite where the team confronts what's really happening, and a sustained programme embedding new customs over 3-6 months.
Programmes designed for: post-merger integration, senior team alignment, AI adoption, client experience transformation, and leadership transitions.
Keynotes and Facilitation
I keynote, facilitate, and emcee for senior audiences who are tired of being talked at. My sessions are grounded in behavioural science, built for interaction, and designed to leave the room different from how it started.
